CACEM measures its sustainable development policy![]() CACEM (the Communauté d'Agglomération du Centre de la Martinique) was founded in 2000. It covers four urban areas - Fort-de-France, Lamentin, Schoelcher and Saint-Joseph - representing 43% of Martinique's total population, i.e. 176,000 inhabitants.
CACEM believes that good intentions are not enough! It has established a unique and innovative analysis tool to control the ecological impact of its projects, developed using IBM Cognos Planning.
"After discussions with several market players, 2B Consulting appeared to us to be the most committed. We had no cause to regret our decision, since their service was impeccable throughout the project". Yann CONFIANT, Director of Management Control, CACEM
