2B Consulting provides a level-1 hotline to all its clients (Cognos software support and application support).

The hotline provides various services:

• supply of software versions and fixes,
• access to hotline support,
• receipt, status assignment and logging of requests, 
• analysis of the problem encountered,
• assistance for level-1 problems,
• management of incident escalation to the publisher,
• remote or on-site intervention by a consultant via purchase orders.
